Good news! Our chapter is offering complimentary tickets to the Society of Professional Journalists Regional Conference taking place at the University of San Francisco (2130 Fulton St.) on May 2-3.
Under the theme of “Reporting in Hostile Times,” the event brings together journalists, editors, media professionals, and students for two days of insightful discussions, hands-on workshops, and networking opportunities. For more information see the conference website here.

There is also a kickoff keynote and happy hour networking at the Internet Archive at 300 Funston Ave. on the evening of May 2 for conference attendees. Applicants need to be AAJA-SF chapter members. Recipients are expected to volunteer for at least one chapter event or activity.
