The last Bay Area Unity mixer was so successful that we're doing it again! Join us and your fellow journalists from the Bay Area Black Journalists Association, East Bay Press Club and other groups for appetizers, drinks and conversation on June 23. Mingle. Reconnect with old friends. Make new ones. Bring business cards and hand them out like candy on Halloween. WHAT: Unity Mixer COST: Free WHEN: 5:30-8:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 23 WHERE: Press Club SF, 20 Yerba Buena Lane (near Powell Street BART station) WHO: Members of AAJA SF, BABJA, California Media Workers Guild/ Freelance Unit, Center for Investigative Reporting, East Bay Press Club, National Lesbian & Gay Journalists Association/NorCal, Public Relations Society of America/NorCal and Silicon Valley chapters, Society of Professional Journalists/NorCal.
