AAJA SF awards grants to help members cover the cost of the Executive Leadership Program as well as for professional development.

This year, we are awarding a total of $1,500 to chapter members planning to attend the Executive Leadership Program (ELP) Thursday, June 28 – Sunday, July 1, 2012 in New York. The grants are intended to help offset program or travel costs. Download an application and apply by 5 p.m. Tuesday, May 1, 2012. Our chapter also has a total of $1,500 available to chapter members participating in professional development programs. The money can be used to offset costs for social media workshops, journalism seminars — basically anything that might help you further yourself in the journalism field.
